On behalf of the NZ Muslim association, I would like to express our condolence and sympathy to the Sri Lankan Community, especially the families that have been affected by this tragedy. NZ Muslims stand with the people of Sri Lanka, there is no place for these types of barbaric acts and we support stern action against people who commit these hideous crimes.
New Zealanders have shown from the Christchurch tragedy that perpetrators of hate and violence are not going to divide people.
We pray Allah protects you and your families and brings peace to Sri Lanka.
