Please download a editable membership form (below), complete it, making sure to get a current member to fill the proposer section of the form before posting it to the PO Box address with your payment of $15 per year ending 31st December. If your application is un-successful your payment will be returned. You also may pay cash to the treasure of the branch and enclose the receipt with your application.
