Birkenhead Islamic Centre Fundraising Dinner
Birkenhead Islamic Centre Fundraising Dinner — An Evening of Community & Giving
Join us for a special evening of community, connection, and giving in support of The House of Allāh.
The Birkenhead Islamic Centre invites you to our Fundraising Dinner on Saturday, 31 October 2026, with arrival from 6:00 PM, held at Active Zone, 30 Downing Street, Glenfield, Auckland 0629.
We are honored to welcome Mr. Farid Ahmed as our guest speaker — a motivational speaker and author whose story of forgiveness and unity following the 2019 Christchurch mosque shootings has touched hearts around the world. His message is one of resilience, compassion, and hope, and promises to make this evening truly meaningful.
Come together with family, friends, and community members for a night of reflection, fellowship, and generosity — all in support of building and strengthening our masjid for generations to come.
As Allāh (SWT) reminds us in the Qur’ān:
“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allāh is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allāh multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills.” (Qur’ān 2:261)
Tickets: $50 per person
