The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Avondale Branch of NZMA will be held on Thursday 31 March 2016 at Avondale Islamic Centre, 122-126, Blockhouse Bay Road, Avondale starting at 6.30pm.

• Minutes of the last AGM and SGM
• Annual Report
• Audited Financial Report
• Motions (if any)
• Election of office bearers
Nominations for position in the Branch Committee must reach the NZMA Secretary- Shayaz Khan. (P.O.Box 27695, Mt Roskill or hand delivered) 7 days clear of the AGM,
ie, no later than 5.00pm Thursday 24th March 2016. The Nominees, the Proposer and Seconder shall be current financial members of NZMA.
